Services

Shanu Pro Studio provides social media management, social media design, UI/UX design, AI content and video, SEO, and web design and development. Work is offered in three models, as described on the site: a defined project, a monthly retainer, or a website package. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for your work are agreed in a written brief before work starts — the brief is the binding description of what we will do.

How we work

Every engagement runs the same cycle: Discover, Design, Build, Grow. We present work in structured revision rounds: you give consolidated feedback, we refine. Timelines given in the brief assume timely feedback and assets from you; delays on either side move the timeline by the same amount.

What we need from you

To start, we need your goals, any existing brand assets (logo, colours, photos), and access to the accounts we'll work in. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you supply, and for keeping your own account credentials safe.

Payments

Fees are agreed in the brief before work starts. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are payable in advance. Retainers are billed monthly in advance for the month ahead. If a payment is missed, we may pause work until it is made, and timelines shift accordingly.

Ownership

You own the final delivered assets for your project from day one — designs, content, video and websites built for you. Work covered by a non-disclosure agreement is never shown publicly by the studio. Where no NDA applies, the studio may show delivered work in its portfolio.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us in the course of a project — business details, accounts, unreleased material — stays confidential and is used only for your project. The same applies in reverse to the studio's own internal material.

Cancellation

Either side may cancel a project with written notice. If a project is cancelled part-way, you pay for the work completed to that point and receive the completed assets. Retainers can be cancelled before the next billing month; the current month runs to its end.

Liability

We take care to deliver work to the standard described in the brief. Our liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one posted here. For ongoing retainers, material changes will be flagged to you directly.
